SPG in partnership with Aviva Investors, on behalf of Friends Life Ltd, purchased a 3.5 acre employment site in Raynes Park, South West London on the A3.

In combination with the adjacent land also owned by a Friends Life fund the site will accommodate a retail park comprising approximately 150,000 sq ft of Open and Bulky Goods retail next to a 75,000 sq ft Next Home and Fashion store. A 15,000 sq ft unit has been pre-let to Pets At Home who are being relocated as part of the proposals.

SPG are targeting February 2016 for submission of the planning application with retailers opening for trade Q4 2017.
